The Rama Grievance Redressal System is committed to addressing and resolving genuine complaints, concerns, and suggestions of students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff. All stakeholders may submit their grievances through the form provided below or may approach any concerned authority or faculty member with whom they feel comfortable.

All users are requested to note that lodging a complaint is a serious responsibility. Therefore, everyone is expected to use this platform in a fair and responsible manner. The University assures that every complaint will be handled with utmost sensitivity, confidentiality, and due importance.

The Grievance Redressal System operates on the principle of “being heard and treated fairly” for all. Each grievance undergoes a proper and in-depth review process to ensure transparency and justice.
