Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Digital Marketing, with proven team leadership and university/admissions-focused campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Admissions-Focused Campaigns:
    Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing campaigns specifically aimed at student admissions for UG, PG, and professional programs.

  • Social Media Leadership:
    Strategically manage and grow the University’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring high engagement and lead generation.

  • Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of digital marketing executives, content creators, and designers to achieve admission targets.

  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

  • Content Strategy:
    Collaborate with creative and academic teams to develop engaging content including posts, videos, blogs, and digital ads.

  • Search & Advertising:
    Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and paid social media campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.

  • Lead Management:
    Work closely with the admissions team to ensure effective follow-up on leads generated through digital platforms.

  • Trend Analysis:
    Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and educational marketing strategies.
