The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences invites applications from highly qualified, research-oriented, and academically accomplished candidates for the position of Professor in the specializations of Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmacognosy. The candidate should possess strong academic credentials, significant research contributions, and leadership capabilities in higher education and pharmaceutical research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral levels.
• Guide and mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and thesis work.
• Develop innovative curriculum and academic content aligned with industry and regulatory standards.
• Publish research papers in reputed Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals.
• Lead and contribute to funded research projects, consultancy, patents, and collaborations.
• Support NAAC/NBA/NIRF accreditation and academic quality initiatives.
• Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and research activities.
• Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms.
• Participate actively in departmental administration and institutional development activities.
• Establish industry-academia interaction and promote interdisciplinary research.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmacognosy or relevant Pharmaceutical Sciences specialization.
• M.Pharm with excellent academic record from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, and/or industry experience, out of which a significant period should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals with good citation profile.
• Experience in guiding PG/Ph.D. scholars and handling funded projects will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and academic administration skills.
