Job Title: Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Job Summary

Rama University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE). The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development and departmental activities in accordance with AICTE/UGC norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theory and laboratory courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
• Mentor students for academic projects, internships, and career development.
• Guide students in research, innovation, coding competitions, and technical events.
• Participate in curriculum design, academic planning, and accreditation activities.
• Conduct and publish quality research in reputed journals and conferences.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, and other academic activities.
• Undertake departmental administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or a relevant specialization from a recognized university.
• Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of teaching and/or industry experience is preferred.
• Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria as per AICTE/UGC norms.
