For Soft skill trainer / Verbal Trainer/Aptitude Trainer .A soft skill trainer educates people on ways to improve their communication skills and relationships with others. These trainers help employees improve the soft skills required to work and interact with their colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities -

The candidate should be thorough with the subject knowledge of the luxury world and industry trends.

He/she should understand the concept of a Finishing School and should be polished and presentable.

Preferably pursuing PhD.

2. Post placement counselling of Students.

3. Support the center in conducting assessments of the Students.

4. Publishing the entire Training plan.

5. Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module.
