🚀 We're Hiring | Head – Training & Placement

📍 Location: Rama University, Kanpur
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Rama University is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Training & Placement to lead our Training & Placement Cell. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate network, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving student placements and industry collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the university's placement strategy.
• Build and strengthen relationships with leading companies and recruiters.
• Drive campus recruitment, internships, and industry partnerships.
• Lead the Training & Placement team and ensure placement targets are achieved.
• Organize placement drives, career fairs, employer engagement programs, and campus hiring events.
• Coordinate student training programs, including aptitude, soft skills, technical, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with academic departments to improve student employability.
• Monitor placement statistics, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates to management.
• Foster alumni and corporate relationships to enhance placement opportunities.

Eligibility

• Master's degree in Management, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience leading a Training & Placement Cell in a university or higher education institution is preferred.
