About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate is not just an animator but a visual storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling motion experiences. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end motion design projects, from conceptualization and storyboarding to final execution, while ensuring alignment with brand identity and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging 2D & 3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, social media, branding, presentations, and product launches.
- Collaborate with creative teams, marketing professionals, and stakeholders to convert concepts into impactful visual narratives.
- Create detailed storyboards, animatics, style frames, and visual concepts before production.
- Design high-quality animations, transitions, visual effects, and compositing for multimedia content.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all motion and visual assets.
- Mentor and guide junior designers by providing technical and creative feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high production quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, plugins, and animation techniques in the motion graphics industry.
- Optimize workflows and troubleshoot technical challenges during production.
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content teams for seamless project execution.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D software is preferred.

- Knowledge of rendering, compositing, and video production workflows.

Qualifications
